CONTINENTAL US SHIPPING:
All orders shipped FED EX GROUND OR USPS Priority Flat Rate
Free Shipping to Continental US on all orders over $99. Orders under $99 are shipped either FED EX Ground or USPS Priority Flat Rate, whichever is the least expensive option.
Next Day Air- Call and place your order by phone before 12 pacific standard time, if you need next day air - this is excluding Hawaii, Alaska.
Please order by phone, shipping will be charged based on actual charges, which cannot be calculated until order is received.
Alaska and Hawaii:
Anything that will not fit in a priority flat rate box, will be very expensive to ship. Please call to verify that your order will fit in these boxes.
Not currently shipping beyond the US and Canada.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
Delivery of your items depends on your location and the shipping method you select at Checkout. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays.

WHERE WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED FROM?
All orders will be sent from our manufacturing facility in Eagle Point, OR.
CAN I SHIP TO A P.O. BOX?
All regular ground orders can be sent to a P.O. Box address.
CAN MERCHANDISE BE RETURNED?
We stand behind our products 100%. If you are not completely satisfied, you must contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 10 days for a refund. We also do not accept returns after products have been opened. NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL, you must email us and get a return approval in advance. The Credit for the return will apply only to the purchase price of the product. Shipping and processing charges will not be refunded. There will also be a 15% restocking fee.
MY ORDER ARRIVED, BUT IS DAMAGED, WHAT DO I DO?
Shipping heavy, breakable rocks is not always without issue. On occasion, no matter how well we package our products, sometimes we have breakage. Should you be one of the unlucky recipients of a damaged shipment or broken product, please contact us within 24 hours via email at email@example.com and we will get a damage claim in process, and get a replacement shipped out to you asap. If your order was shipped via FED EX, please save all the packaging, and the original box for a minimum of 2 weeks, as FED EX may send a driver to pick up the shipment and return it to their inspection facilities.
MY ORDER ARRIVED, BUT I AM MISSING AN ITEM.
Yes we are human and sometimes we mess up. If we sent you the wrong product, or failed to include something you ordered, we will fix it, and send you a free gift as a way of apology. If we messed up on your order, please contact us within 48 hours via email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will get the correct product shipped out to you asap with our apologies.
I'm uncomfortable ordering off of the Internet. How do I get your products?
You do not need to order off of the website to get our products! You can call us toll free at: 855-438-7258 and place your order of you can mail your order to us with a check. To find out how much the total will be with shipping, either call us or complete an order online up to the point where it shows the order total with shipping and mail it to us to: Full Spectrum Life, 10810 Agate Rd, Eagle Point OR. 97524. We will send out your order after it is received.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I AM HAVING DIFFICULTY WITH THE WEBSITE?
We take pride in the performance of our website but sometimes we hear from people who have had problems getting through.
In our experience, performance problems on the Internet can occur for a variety of different reasons, including the time of day, congestion on the Internet itself, problems at an individual Internet Service Provider, or problems at a website. It's always possible that you tried us at a time when we were very busy.
